Responsible for Automotive Aftermarket Business.
Develop effective distributor/retailer management strategies to sustain and grow business across the region.
Responsible for Strategic Planning & Marketing Activities in the Region.
Steer Business Development and manage Distributors, Dealer and Retailer Network.
Develop, motivate and lead Distributor resources in the region and manage Distribution management by appointing and developing dealers.
Set targets for the distributors and dealers in the region & work jointly with them to achieve the same.
Effectively managing the inventory and P&L monitoring of the AAFM segment.
Market analysis of product demand and launch of new products
Impart Dealer training Program for enhancing their skills in systems and operations. Campaign activities like Product Display Camps, distributor Meet, and Mechanics meet to boost the secondary sales.
Analyze the sales market and provide inputs to the management.
Register LOI and Agreement for distributors / MRO customers.
Coordinate to support distributors & customers for technical queries and quality issues.
Ensure that the account receivables are been collected on time.
Training and Development
Active participation in all the training initiatives by the management
Coordinate with multiple departments for data collection and data sharing
Bring the issues to management notice and provide them inputs
Sending the weekly, monthly and yearly reports to the management on need basis
Adhere to all the quality process Eg: J-SOX, Internal control
Provide MOM to management
